Here is the EMA official statement on the participation of non-European athletes in EMACI2024

Non-European Participation in the European Master Indoor Championships

Torun, Poland – March 27th-April 2nd , 2026

Track events 800 M or less, including hurdles and relays

Can enter and participate to the first round. After the first round, if qualified for further rounds, the athletes will be allowed to start in a dedicated “final round”. Such races will be separate from those conducted for European athletes (i.e. conducted as part of EMAC2025). The condition for conducting such a race is the participation of at least 4 athletes from outside Europe, even of different age categories. In the event of a smaller number of Non-European athletes participating in a given distance, the LOC and the EMA will decide about the possibility to guarantee the final race

Long Jump and Triple Jump

Can enter and participate. All those who achieved a result no worse than the eighth position after three attempts are allowed to perform the next three attempts (after the first three attempts). This means (for example) that if the eighth athlete from Europe is in 10th place after three attempts, then the right to perform the next three attempts is granted to ten athletes (8 from Europe and two from outside Europe). However, in all cases, there should be separate classifications for European and Non- European athletes.
